Agricultural Equipment Sales
Candidate's Role:
- Represent the dealership in the assigned sales territory and sell dealership's agricultural whole goods with integrity;
- Achieve the dealership's goals for territory coverage, margins and market share;
- Support the products sold to insure customer satisfaction and maximum value for their investment.
Candidate's Skills:
- 2+ years of sales experience or a solid background in Agricultural industry;
- Strong people skills with a high degree of ethics;
- Intermediate to Advanced computer skills and good understanding of finances;
- Mechanical aptitude;
- Familiar with John Deere and competitive products;
- Ability to speak effectively one-on-one and within a group;
- Excellent negotiation/conflict resolution skills;
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.

Parts Technician
Candidate's Role:
- Receiving and sorting incoming parts;
- Processing requests and ordering parts via computer system; helping customers in person and over the phone;
- Preparing orders to replenish parts and supplies;
- Participate in the annual physical inventory counting of all items as well as performing spot counts throughout the year to ensure an accurate inventory;
- Monitor parts sales on a regular basis to stay up-to-date on achievement of budgeted sales and department objectives;
- Keep current on manufacturer's terms, discounts and special programs;
- Participate in customer clinics.
Candidate's Skills:
- 2+ years of front counter parts experience is required;
- Experience with Agricultural industry/John Deere equipment is an asset;
- Parts Technician certification is a plus;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Strong computer skills with ability to learn new software.

Agriculture Service Technician
Candidate's Role:
- Equipment diagnostics, service repairs, maintenance work as directed by Service Manager.
- Effectively communicates with technical resources to resolve complex diagnostic issues.
- Prepare and submit accurate service reports, maintain current product knowledge.
- Maintain assigned department tools, equipment and vehicles in good working order.
- Follow all company procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
- Participate in all applicable job training/development.
Candidate's Skills:
- Experience and journeyman certificate is an asset
- Strong diagnostic skills in the following areas: deisel engine, electrical and hydraulics.
- Experience with John Deere equipment preferred.
