Parts Technician
Candidate's Role:
- Receiving and sorting incoming parts
- Processing requests and ordering parts via computer systems; helping customers in person and over the phone
- Preparing orders to replenish parts and suppliers
- Following through with customer orders and concerns
- Maintain periocdical parts return as needed; filing claims as directed by Parts Manager
- Participate in the annual physical inventory counting of all items as well as performing spot counts troughout the year to ensure as accurate inventory
- Monitor parts sales on a regular basis to stay up-to-date on achievement of budgeted sales and department objectives
- Keep current on manufacturer's terms, discouns and special programs
- Participate in customer clinics
Candidate's Skills:
- Must be a customer focused individual with excellent communication skills
- Experience and journeyman certificate is an asset
- Excellent sales skills
- Strong Computer Skills are required for this position

Service Technician (Lawn & Garden)
Candidate's Role:
- Equipment diagnostics, service repairs, maintenance work as directed by Service Manager.
- Effectively communicates with technical resources to resolve complex diagnostic issues.
- Prepare and submit accurate service reports, maintain current product knowledge.
- Maintain assigned department tools, equipment and vehicles in good working order.
- Follow all company procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
- Participate in all applicable job training/development.
Candidate's Skills:
- Experience and journeyman certificate is an asset
- Strong diagnostic skills in the following areas: deisel engine, electrical and hydraulics.
- Experience with John Deere equipment preferred.
