Ag Management Solutions Specialist
Candidate's Role:
- Daily activity will revolve around the application of the newest equipment and agronomic technology to aid agricultural producers in efficient and profitable operation of their land;
- Educate customers and staff on changing AMS technology;
- Sales and support of advanced AMS products sold by the company;
- AMS optimization support as contracted by our customers;
- Training of our staff and customers through clinics;
- Aiding in the decision making process of our customers regarding precision agriculture including strategies around the tools that are available;
- Working in-field to ensure that the tools provided are working properly to provide accurate, timely information and proper application of inputs.
Candidate's Skills:
- Strong people skills with a high degree of ethics;
- A passion for agriculture and the technology involved. Minimum 4 years of agriculture industry background;
- A good understanding of John Deere and competitive products;
- Strong communication skills with the ability to make presentations one-on-one or to groups;
- Sales training is an asset;
- Strong computer skills and mechanical aptitude;
- Our AMS Product Specialists must have a passion for agriculture and technology and revel in what the combination of two can accomplish. Training for this position is an ongoing process as the technology is changing at ever increasing speeds and is a combination of hands-on in-field experience plus formal training provided by our partners, including John Deere.

Parts Technician
Candidate's Role:
- Receiving and sorting incoming parts
- Processing requests and ordering parts via computer systems; helping customers in person and over the phone
- Preparing orders to replenish parts and suppliers
- Following through with customer orders and concerns
- Maintain periocdical parts return as needed; filing claims as directed by Parts Manager
- Participate in the annual physical inventory counting of all items as well as performing spot counts troughout the year to ensure as accurate inventory
- Monitor parts sales on a regular basis to stay up-to-date on achievement of budgeted sales and department objectives
- Keep current on manufacturer's terms, discouns and special programs
- Participate in customer clinics
Candidate's Skills:
- Must be a customer focused individual with excellent communication skills
- Experience and journeyman certificate is an asset
- Excellent sales skills
- Strong Computer Skills are required for this position

Service Technician
YOUR ROLE:
- Equipment diagnostics, service repairs, maintenance work.
- Effectively communicates with supplier technical resources to resolve complex diagnostic issues.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports.
- Follow all Company procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain assigned department tools, equipment and vehicles in good working order.
- Interact with customers on a professional, customer service basis.
- Participate in all applicable job training/development.
YOUR TALENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent with Journeyman certificate.
- Efficient and produces quality work.
- Computer savvy.
- Ability to interact effectively with customers and co-workers.
