To do special things in special conditions requires specific features, and this is what we created when the PileDriver was developed. A silage blade that was inspired by our Dairy and Feedlot customers which answers the call of building feed bunkers.

Standardized Quality

Folding Wings.

• The most obvious feature at first glance are the folding wings. This is the one feature that simply makes PileDriver the most efficient silage blade ever made. The wings allow you to operate in an infinite amount of positions, so you can push huge amounts of material in a cupped formation. It allows you to close down on either side of the blade so the operator can run the tractor tire on the edge of the bunker walls. And it allows you to close down both sides at the same time so you can keep the blade on the tractor when it's time for transport.

Taller Blade.

• PileDrivers blade profile is taller as well. You simply can push greater volumes of material without it boiling over the top and plugging the tractor grill. The blade is equipped with a top extension that incorporates a tightly perforated screen to keep the material in front of the blade and maintain good visibility.

Blade Lift.

• PileDriver lifts high. Real high. The blade lifts up and out of the way at extreme tractor angles, keeping your tractor nimble and allowing you to build steeper piles giving you the ability to place more material in one place.

Obstruction Free Undercarriage.

• PileDriver was engineered with the best undercarriage clearance that we or anyone else has ever designed. No more dragging material down the hill when backing up and no more material build-up in the tractor frame.
