Mow better, faster with the 2021 lineup of John Deere Z500 ZTrak™ Mowers. They're known for their ease of use, ride comfort and best-in-class cut quality. So, what's new this year?
The Z500 Series is still available in 3 trim levels: E, M and R. The first difference you'll notice is the easy-to-fold ROPS. If you're mowing under low obstacles or storing your mower in a garage/shed and have space constraints, simply pull and rotate the handles to lower the ROPS.
The well thought out ergonomic controls make operating the Z500s comfortable and effortless. The height of cut pin system has been newly designed and is better placed for ease of use. This feature allows you to select from 1” - 4” cutting heights and adjust in ¼” increments.
New and improved seats add comfort and style to your zero turn. E models come with a comfortable 18” seat back, M models with a 20” seat back, and R models are equipped with a 22.5” seat back. Both M and R models feature ComfortGlide™ Suspension.
All Z500s are now equipped with a fuel gauge. The R Series models include an advanced display as well as an integrated four-point LED light package. This allows you to start mowing earlier in the morning and continue well into the evening. The LED light package is available as an optional kit for the E and M models.
Comfort, convenience, and a cut quality that is second to none. The Accel Deep™ mower decks on the E and M models are equipped with a flat-top deep design, and the High Capacity mower decks on the R models offer an even deeper design and best-in-class cut quality. Mower decks are available in 48”, 54” and 60” widths with optional MulchControl - allowing you to switch from side discharge to mulching with the flip of a lever.
