Some would say the receptionist is the most important role in the dealership - the face and voice of the company! Whether it's greeting customers on the phone or in person - the first interaction can make a lasting impression and Katherine is outstanding at making people feel welcomed at our Mayerthorpe location.
Described by her fellow co-workers as cheerful and fun, Katherine always takes the time to greet everyone who walks through the door. Whether you're a regular customer, a fellow staff, or it's your first time walking through the doors, Katherine is there to welcome you with her friendly, smiling face and positive attitude.
But Katherine's role is not just answering phones and greeting customers, she really keeps the small community dealership running! Processing sales contracts, data entry of new parts and equipment, accounting tasks, keeping the store stocked with supplies, organizing staff meetings, being the Health & Safety champion and so much more!
When asked what she likes most about working at Martin Deerline, Katherine replied, “The people! The customers and staff are friendly and fun!” She recalls her fondest memory thus far being, “when I got a positive online customer review appreciating my extra efforts.” Katherine's caring personality and kindness shines through as she makes sure that every customer is treated with respect and gets taken care of - and that's just one of the reasons we are so grateful to have her as part of our team!
